Introduction. The abstracts must be written in English. The word introduction should be written in boldface. The text should be written in non-boldface, times new roman 10 point font, two columns and justified. The printable area on your sheet of paper must be strictly fixed: top 3cm and 1.5 cm in the other 3 sides of the page. Do not indent. In order to optimize your space you should describe concisely your research. Thus, it should be carefully and accurately written. Try not to have many paragraphs and check your grammar so that you use short sentences. Do not leave spaces between paragraphs. The introduction should include a brief survey of previous work, and the scope and purpose of the research. Citation of references in the text are listed in order of appearance, they should be numbered in parenthesis in order to save space. Write your manuscript in MS Word for Windows 6.0 or a later version (PC format only).

Methodology . The word “methodology” should be written in boldface, whereas the rest of the text is non-boldface. Do not describe step by step your techniques; it is better if you describe the strategies to cope with the problem (lay-out of experiments). If you need to include Latin words (scientific names) or phrases use italics. For chemical compounds use condensed formulas; concentrations should be expressed in g/L or % depending on the experiment.

Results y discussion . The words “results and discussions” should be written in boldface, whereas the rest of the text is non-boldface. Use 10 point times new roman type in either case. In this section you can include tables or figures. You should include the figures and tables in the same file of your abstract; do not separate figures and tables from the body of the manuscript. You should be committed in fulfilling all the mentioned aspects. Abstracts written in more than two pages will not be accepted. Contributions that do not include all the information mentioned in this paper format will be rejected.

In a space like this you can include a figure or table. The size of the table should not exceed the page width and length. Be sure to write down the units and symbols properly; use font in point 9.

Fig.1. Titles and captions of figures must be written underneath the figure and centred. Use times new roman font in italics and in 9 point type.

Table I. Titles of tables must be written above the tables. Place headings to the centre of each column. The size of the table should not exceed the standard page width and length.

Conclusions . The word “conclusions” should be written in boldface, whereas the rest of the text is non-boldface, font times new roman in 10 point. Conclude with a summary of results and an assessment of future research. You ought to be as precise and concise as possible. Use the minimum number of references possible; try not to fill your space with references. Four references is the suggested maximum number. If you include tables be sure to use solid lines, in black and white because the use of other artefacts may affect resolution in particular when trying to get a printable copy. Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium and if accepted it will be published in the proceedings. Be sure that the quality of your work is adequate, otherwise it could be rejected. The summary will be reproduced as received without any modification. Thus, the content of the paper is strictly the responsibility of the authors.

Acknowledgements. You can write here the acknowledgements, including source of funding, if required.
