Payment
Full payment should accompany registration. Payments by credit card will be converted from US Dollars to Mexican Pesos and then converted to your country's currency. Payments in US Dollars can be made by wire transfer to account

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations received in writing by September 30th, 2008 will be accepted and fees refunded minus a 40% fee. Cancellations after this date cannot be accepted (as per Committee policy); however transfer of registration to another person will be accepted. All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Summit Office.
